This is the public account-deletion page for the HappyMind app by HappyMind Labs. You can use this page even if you no longer have access to the app.

1. Submit request

Send your deletion request through the web form

Complete the form below using the email address linked to your HappyMind account. After submission, our team reviews the request and may contact you to verify ownership before deleting the account.

What happens after you submit: We log the request, review account ownership, and confirm next steps by email if verification is required.
Email privacy team instead

This form sends the request to HappyMind Labs by email. If the web form is unavailable, you can still email privacy@happymindlabs.co.uk or support@happymindlabs.co.uk.

2. What to include

Information that helps us process the request

  • The email address used for your HappyMind account
  • Your full name if it appears on the account
  • Your device platform if known
  • Whether you want deletion immediately or after reviewing export details
  • Any subscription context that may affect billing timing

3. What gets deleted

Data removed after a verified request

  • HappyMind account access and profile data
  • Therapy session content, prompts and other user-submitted in-app content tied to the account
  • Associated identifiers needed only to operate the account inside the app

Some limited records may be retained where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. Those records are kept only for the period required for those obligations.
